Contract Terms and Purchase Security
SWEDEMEC AB complies with applicable legislation in distance selling via the Internet. All prices are incl. VAT and total price at the checkout is included. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order. Orders over 500 SEK inside of Sweden are free of shipping.
For deliveries outside Sweden, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee covering all shipping costs.
In case of changing government fees, abnormal commodity increases and currency fluctuations, we may need to make price adjustments. Such price adjustments will be announced prior to delivery.
Right of withdrawal & refund
According to the current rules and regulations, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal on your purchase. In case of cancellation of purchases for valid reasons, the customer will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order.
The right of withdrawal applies when the goods and packaging are returned in the unaltered state. The product should not be used, but the packaging may have been opened with care. You pay the cost of the return of the goods.
According to the current rules and regulations, private consumers have three years guarantee. If there is something wrong with the delivered item, we will pay the return postage. For the return of defective goods, we will send you a consignment note with paid postage. Pack the product well and send it as a regular postal parcel.
We will send you a new item without any additional shipping cost, provided that the item is available. If we cannot replace you with a new item, we will make a refund once we receive the defective item in return.
Contact us to simplify the handling of the complaint. Give the order number and the reason for the complaint.
All warranties on products are provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. Different goods have different long-term warranties, this is shown in the product description. We will of course help with contact and guarantee measures; do not hesitate to contact us.

We are responsible for the transport insurance of the goods sent to you. We may send your order as a corporate package if you wish, at an additional cost at the applicable postal rate. For private customers, consumer law applies to terms of purchase.
If a product is damaged during transport, the damage must be immediately reported to the freight forwarder (PostNord or DHL). Contact us for a complaint, it is in our interest that the deliveries arrive at you safely.
Information about the product
Information about the product and its properties can be accessed on the products page in the webshop and in the product description that accompanies certain products. Pictures in the shop and the actual product may differ slightly in color. If you are unsure about the characteristics of the product or have any questions, please contact us. For private customers, we follow current rules and regulations.
In case the ordered goods are not picked up, a cost of SEK 395 (incl. VAT) will be charged.
In case of disputes regarding cases/orders, we follow current rules and recommendations, and the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes’ recommendations.
Your order is sent as A-letter or as a package via DHL, depending on weight and size.
If the goods are sent as parcels or registered mail, the consignment is assigned a parcel number that is used to show where the package is in the mail handling. You can track packages on DHL's website. Unfortunately, a regular letter does not get a parcel number and cannot be traced. We do not deliver via courier to PO Box addresses. If you still choose us to deliver to the box address, there is a fee of SEK 75.
The products we have in stock are sent from us in the same day or the day after the order has been received and/or paid. The products we do not have in stock, are sent as soon as we receive them. Commonly, we get our products to our warehouse after 1-3 days and they are then sent immediately to you. The total delivery time for these goods will then be about 1-5 working days (within Sweden).
To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, PostNord/DHL delivers a daily delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we enter on the website. Longer delivery times than stated may occur during periods when we have high load due to high order intake.
External Card task management provider
SwedeMec AB guarantees that the payment options offered via the web shop, are secure. For transactions, we work with Klarna.
SwedeMec AB does not have access to any card information or other information related to your payment, this information is handled by our provider Klarna.
When ordering, you provide personal information such as name, address, social security number, date and phone number. In connection with the registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in the business to fulfill our commitments to you.
A cookie is a data file that is stored on your computer. The cookie contains no personal information, but is used to make it easier for you to use our web site.
If you do not want to allow the storage of cookies on your computer, you can turn it off in your browser settings. However, this means that the functionality of eazymec.se can be limited.
We are aware of our responsibility through the production of toys for children. There should be no risk of playing with our toys by using them according to our recommendations. We want parents to know that we always strive to minimize the risk of misuse. When security risks occur, an analysis of the situation and product will take place to create action on the market.
The company is deprived of any liability for any damage or death arising from the use of parts of the toy product Eazymec.
We use Klarna Checkout for our private customers. You can pay via invoice, part payment, credit/debit card, or your internet bank. The terms and conditions of Klarna apply.
Klarna Checkout presents some information for you as soon as you are identified. Which information you need to apply to reach identification can vary between occasions and customers.
A credit report is not run directly in Klarna Checkout; it is done when needed, depending on the payment option you choose. Credit reports run by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who check your credit report, such as banks. After you have been identified, Klarna Checkout shows which payment options are open for you.
